*A "Polynesian Show" format includes dinner music and a 1 hour show.  The show includes an emcee and dances are performed with only an emcee narration in between each dance.  
A "Vignette" format is the regular Polynesian show broken up so that one dance is performed and then the musicians play 2-3 songs.  This format is suitable for a cocktail-style event or if you are featuring entertainment between the courses of a meal.
